"I wanted to recognize Jennifer's excellent customer service yesterday. I called asking about corsages for our Manager, who had his daughter's 8th grade graduation dinner. Didn't really believe anything could be done at this point since I called around 3:15pm and he was needing these by 5:30pm that day. She was very professional and was very empathetic to our Manager's need. She made several calls before confirming delivery could be done and at exactly 4:58pm, the corsages arrived at the office. Our Manager was very impressed and, needless to say, so were his wife and daughter with their corsages.
