If I place my order today, can it be delivered today?
We guarantee same day delivery if your order is placed by 2:30 pm (Monday-Friday) and 2:00 pm (Saturday and Sunday)
How are my flowers delivered?
Our delivery experts will arrive in our branded vehicle with your flowers arranged in a vase/container or wrap depending on what you order. We never deliver flowers in a box!
The best way to keep your flowers fresh is first to always keep the water level of the container as full as possible. It is important to change the water as often as every other day. When you change the water, cut an inch off the bottom of the stem at an angle. Be sure to keep your bouquet in a cool location in your home, away from direct sunlight or electronics and appliances that give off heat.
What happens to my order when you attempt delivery and the recipient is not at home?
If the recipient is not at their home when a delivery is attempted, the florist may choose to do one of the following:
• Call the recipient ahead of time to make sure that they are going to be there or to schedule an appropriate time.
• Leave a note on the door of the recipient’s home asking them to call the florist and schedule an appropriate delivery time.
• Leave the arrangement in a covered area of the home (porch or other entrance).
• Leave the arrangement with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient’s door referring them to the neighbor who accepted for them.
If you do not wish for us to use any of these procedures, please make sure that you indicate this in the “Special Instructions” box on your order form.
How will I know if my order has been received?
All online orders are confirmed via e-mail. If there are any problems, you will be contacted via e-mail or by telephone with an explanation.
Is the information I provide during the checkout process kept private?
All information is held in strictest confidence. We do not trade, rent or sell this information to outside companies. We only use this information to personalize your shopping experience, as well as notifying you about special offers, services and enhancements.
Is there any special information needed to deliver an arrangement to a hospital?
For hospital deliveries, include the name of the hospital. Also make sure to verify the full name of the patient according to their hospital admittance and include with the order.
How will I know if my arrangement has been successfully delivered?
If you have given us your email address you will receive notification of delivery electronically. All deliveries will be made on the date you request unless we notify you of any complications.
What happens if I provide an incorrect delivery address?
An incorrect delivery address can be very time consuming and result in your delivery being delayed. If you discover the address you have provided, please call us so we can correct it and make adjustment in our delivery routing. If our delivery experts discover a wrong address, we will call you with the information and follow your instructions for re-delivery.
