Full Time FT Downtown Orlando Floral Designer

Full Time Openings Available.

What you’ll do:
- Design gorgeous arrangements for weddings, events, and everyday moments

- Customize floral creations to match each customer’s vision

- Care for flowers to keep them fresh & beautiful

- Help with in-store displays and event setups

What we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in floral design (portfolio preferred)

- Creative, artistic eye with strong attention to detail

- Excellent customer service & communication skills

- Flexible schedule (weekends & holidays included)

Job Requirements

  • Qualifications: - Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role. - Strong portfolio showcasing a range of floral designs. - Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques. - Creative and artistic abilities with an eye for detail. - Strong customer service and communication skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. - Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays. - Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements and supplies as needed. - Certification in Floral Design or related fields is a plus.
