As a Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our company—guiding customers through our offerings, helping them choose the right products, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
You’ll assist walk-in and call-in customers with product selection, pricing, and availability while maintaining strong, lasting relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with our warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment, process transactions, and stay informed about seasonal trends and inventory updates.
In addition to customer service, you’ll help maintain a clean, well-organized sales floor, keep displays fresh and visually appealing, and assist with restocking as needed. The ideal candidate has great communication skills, basic floral knowledge, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
