Part Time PT Floral Designer

Part Time Openings Available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, customized to customer preferences.
- Provide expert advice and attentive service to ensure a positive customer experience. - Ensure all designs meet quality standards and continuously improve processes.
- Maintain a clean workspace and care for flowers to ensure freshness.
- Assist with inventory, fulfill orders, and meet deadlines.
- Mentor junior designers and collaborate on team tasks.
- Create in-store displays and provide content for social media and promotions.
- Help plan, set up, and tear down floral arrangements for events.

Qualifications:
- Experience as a Floral Designer or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and design techniques. - Creative with attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to lift and carry floral arrangements.
- Floral Design certification is a plus but not required.
