When your order is completed we will call and verify the room and that the patient can receive a delivery. Any orders received by 1:30 PM EST will be delivered same day. Orders received after 1:30 PM will be delivered the next day. You will receive an "order placed" confirmation and after we verify all the information an invoice will be e-mailed to you.
There is a $5.00 charge for hospital delivery. In most cases, we will take the delivery directly to the patient's room. After the delivery is made you will receive a "delivery" confirmation. All arrangements are custom made, but should you need something you can not find on our website please call us at (407) 649-7771 and one of our floral experts will assist you.
