COVID-19

Yes, we are still delivering 7 days a week across the greater Orlando/Lake Mary area, with same-day delivery available until 2:30pm M-F, and until 12pm Saturday & Sunday.

At this time, we are shifting all of our delivery to no-contact delivery. We will leave your product at the front door of the recipient, without collecting signatures.

Yes, we are still accepting Pick-Up orders!

Our Downtown Orlando storefront at 325 West Gore Street is open to the public for walk-ins, in-store shopping, and pick-ups in store. We can also coordinate a curbside pick-up upon request for customers who do not feel comfortable coming in store.

Our Heathrow/Lake Mary storefront is temporarily closed for the time being, as we are working on relocating that storefront to a larger location, just down the road from it's current location. We hope to be done with renovations and open again Late Summer 2020.

Due to our Heathrow/Lake Mary location being temporarily closed while we relocate, at this time, pick-up is only available at our Downtown Orlando location at 325 W. Gore Street. Our Heathrow/Lake Mary location will not be available for in-store shopping or pick-ups until we relocate that storefront.

However, we are still available for flower deliveries in the Heathrow/Lake Mary area.

Our Downtown Orlando store is now available for in-store shopping (our Heathrow/Lake Mary location is temporarily closed as we relocate that store this summer).

Our team is taking every precaution to ensure a safe shopping environment for all. We have installed plexiglass protectors at our checkout counter, and are regularly sanitizing all high-touch areas throughout the day. All employees are wearing masks, and abiding by 6ft distancing.

We kindly request that all customers wear masks and maintain distancing while shopping with us. If you do not have a mask, we can provide a disposable mask for you while you shop with us.

For customers who don't feel comfortable coming in-store yet, we can arrange for contactless curbside pick-up. You can request a curbside pick-up by indicating via a curbside pick-up during online checkout, or give us a call and we can arrange that for you. If you are doing a curbside pick-up, all you have to do is give us a call once you arrive, and we will deliver your arrangement to a table out front, or directly to the trunk of your car.

We understand that the precautions taken toward minimizing the spread of Coronavirus has led to the cancellation of events.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact our Wedding & Events team as soon as possible at Events@InBloomFlorist.com or call at 407-649-7771 so we may assist you.

We are doing our best to continue offering gorgeous, fresh flowers.

However, many of our flower farms and providers are closed, or unable to provide the wide selection our customers are accustomed to, due to COVID-19.

Our team is working diligently to keep our product menu updated based on availability, but substitutions may be made.

You will be contacted directly about any flower or plant substitutions and offered alternative suggestions if necessary.

Flowers and plants provide us the unique opportunity to stop and experience beauty, calm, and peace during a time of chaos.

Flowers make us feel loved and appreciated. The arrival of flowers brings a moment of elated surprise and joy.

We are honored and privileged to be able to deliver your messages of love, hope, and joy to your loved ones during this time when everything feels so unsure.

Flowers offer, even for a moment, a brief pause to "stop and smell the roses".

Science has proven that flowers have a positive emotional impact on people.
