Are you delivering?

Yes, we are delivering 7 days a week across the greater Orlando/Lake Mary area, with same-day delivery typically available until 1:30pm M-F, and until 12pm Saturday and Sunday.

Contactless delivery is available upon request. You can request a no-contact delivery by checking next to "Request No-Contact Delivery" during online checkout, or give us a call and we can arrange that for you.

If you request a no-contact delivery, our delivery team will place your gift at the recipient's front door or other safe location, and will contact the recipient to ensure a successful delivery. 

 

Can I still order for pick-up instead of delivery?

Yes, we are still accepting Pick-Up orders at both our Downtown Orlando and Lake Mary location!

Both storefronts are open to the public for walk-ins, in-store shopping, and pick-ups in store (with masks optional while shopping in-store for those who are fully vaccinated).

For customers who don't feel comfortable coming in-store yet, we can arrange for contactless curbside pick-up. You can request a curbside pick-up by checking next to "Request Curbside Pick-up" during online checkout, or give us a call and we can arrange that for you.

If you requested a curbside pick-up, all you have to do is give us a call once you arrive and we will deliver your arrangement directly to the trunk or back seat of your car. 

Is it safe to shop in-store?

Our Downtown Orlando and Lake Mary stores are both available for in-store shopping.

Our team is working diligently to ensure a safe shopping environment for all, regularly sanitizing all high-touch areas throughout the day and ensuring social distancing. 

Please note: Per CDC guidelines, wearing a mask is now optional for both customers and employees that have been fully vaccinated. If you do not have a mask, we can provide a disposable mask for you while you shop with us.

What if my event gets cancelled or I need to cancel my order?

We understand that the precautions taken toward minimizing the spread of Coronavirus has led to the cancellation or postponement of events.  If you need to cancel or reschedule your event, please contact our Wedding & Events team as soon as possible at Events@InBloomFlorist.com or call at 407-649-7771 so we may assist you.  

 

Are you still doing wedding and event consultations?

Yes! Our wedding & events team is available by phone for virtual consultations, or in-person consultations at our either our Downtown Orlando location or at our Lake Mary location.

Flower & Plant Substitutions

Due to ongoing supply shortages as a result of the global pandemic, floral varieties and containers used may vary from the photos on our website. 

However, we still have access to a beautiful selection of flowers and containers, and we guarantee to maintain or exceed the original value of each arrangement we design. We will also ensure that the integrity of the color palette and design style of the arrangement you chose will be maintained. 

This means that if you order a bold and bright floral arrangement, it will not turn into an all-white bouquet (or visa-versa). It could also mean that the all red arrangement you ordered might incorporate some burgundies in order to maintain its original value. 

Although exact floral varieties and containers may vary, rest assured our team of trained designers will take the utmost care in handling each order and will ensure the sentiment and vision for each arrangement is preserved. No extreme deviations will be made without your approval.
